Core Responsibility:

·         Plan, develop, and market new SME financial products as well as enhance existing ones to meet the needs of SME clients.

·         Monitor and measure the performance of these products post-launch to ensure they meet business objectives

·         Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the SME segment

·         Requirement Analysis

·         Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand business requirements and specifications.

·         Monitor product profitability by balancing yield with perceived delinquency risks1.

·         Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during product development and management

Knowledge:

o    Proven experience as a Product officer or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry, particularly focusing on Corporate /SME accounts

o    Experience in end-to-end project management and product lifecycle management is essential.

o    Arabic

o    English

o    0-5 years of experience in relevant industry.
